The onsen was a highlight, offering a soothing experience with a beautiful view from the top floor. I loved that there were free popsicles available at night and complimentary yogurt drinks in the morning. The staff were friendly and attentive. I appreciated the free laundry service and the convenience of having a 7-11 on the first floor. The room was clean, comfortable, and adequately spacious, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day.
Breakfast could use more variety.

I had a pretty good time during my Christmas stay! The hot spring on the 15th floor was fantastic, and the views were just stunning. It's close enough to the express train to Haneda, which made getting around super easy. Plus, I loved the complimentary ice cream in the evenings-such a nice touch after a long day of sightseeing!
It wasn’t all sunshine. The breakfast got kinda boring after a few days; same stuff every morning. The walk from the JR station was longer than I expected—definitely not fun with luggage. And some guests didn’t seem to understand the onsen etiquette, which made things a little awkward. it was decent, but improvements are needed!

Review: Relaxation was at its peak with the pristine hot springs that offered a unique experience in the city. Access to a comfortable room, helpful staff, and a soothing atmosphere made this stay worthwhile. There were minor challenges like a slightly firm bed and limited drawer space, but it didn't detract from the enjoyment. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-10-15}
